EVERSANA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Memphis to support the distribution center operations. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, adherence to SOPs, and accurate order fulfillment to deliver life-saving products to hospitals and clinics.

You will assist with picking, packing, manifesting, and staging, while ensuring inventory integrity and timely communication with supervisors. A strong team mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in fast-paced distribution/warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor in fulfillment functions including picking, packing, manifesting, and staging shipments.
• Safe operation of forklift and adherence to safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and communicate obstacles to supervisors.
• Follow client pack out SOPs and complete end-of-shift inventory checks.
• Prepare clear emails to EVERSANA staff as needed.
• Participate in problem solving to improve processes.
• Adhere to uniform, attendance, and shift requirements.
