Job summary

EVERSANA in Memphis, TN is seeking a Channel Operations Clerk to support daily warehouse and distribution activities, coordinating truck appointments, QA inspections, and accurate inventory in the WMS.

You will operate forklifts, assist receiving and shipping, and maintain precise records while following safety and quality standards; a forklift certification and experience with WMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound truck appointments and coordinate with carriers and warehouse personnel.
• Conduct inspections of incoming loads to verify quality and compliance; document discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts and assist with receiving, put-away, replenishment, and shipping activities.
• Enter and update receiving, inventory, and shipping transactions within the WMS; generate reports.
