Job summary

EVERSANA in Memphis seeks a Material Handler Operations Lead on the outbound 2nd shift to assist the supervisor in day-to-day operations, driving safety, quality and productivity.

You will manage staff, monitor workflow, oversee inventory displays, and ensure SOPs and performance standards are met in a climate-controlled distribution environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required to support a diverse team and ensure clear, effective operational collaboration across shifts.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced distribution setting.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks and data accuracy.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with IT hardware, software and peripherals used in daily tasks.
• Working knowledge of material handling processes and standards.

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in day-to-day outbound 2nd shift operations.
• Manage department staff, workflow, and resources to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure safety rules and SOPs are followed and team complies with procedures.
• Oversee department activities and inventory displays.
• Monitor staff performance and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Ensure team members follow SOPs and meet productivity requirements.
