EVERSANA is seeking a Material Handler Operations Lead for Receiving on the 1st shift at our Memphis distribution center. The role supports the Supervisor to ensure efficient order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and staging shipments, with certification in EVERSANA mobile powered industrial vehicles.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in high-volume warehouse settings, handheld order documentation skills, and a flexible, safety-first mindset to support 24/5 operations at a critical

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment or stock room.
• Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills for order documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions without deviation.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
• Preferred: 3+ years in a fast-paced distribution warehouse with 2+ years in team lead or supervisor roles.
• 1+ years in pharmaceutical or medical warehouse environment.
• 1+ years forklift operation experience or certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe operational environment and complete pre/post lift truck checklists.
• Adhere to SOPs controlling the order fulfillment process.
• Ensure proper flow of materials through designated areas.
• Assist in problem solving and communicate obstacles to supervisors.
• Follow client-specific pack-out SOPs and perform end-of-shift inventory checks.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
