Job summary

EVERSANA in Memphis is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move materials from dock to storage and shipment, performing tasks per SOPs and maintaining safety. The role requires certification on forklifts and related equipment through our program, and offers a 40-hour workweek with overtime as needed.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with full benefits including medical and dental, retirement plans, HSA/FSA, PTO and holidays. This position is in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment preferred.
• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week plus overtime

Responsibilities

• Adherence to all manufacturing requirements including Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Focus on safety at all times and comply with all safety requirements
• Follow all formal standard operating procedures (SOPs) that control the order fulfillment process in temperature-controlled areas
• Meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.)
