EVERSANA's Memphis distribution center plays a critical role in getting life-saving products to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. The role supports the Supervisor to ensure efficient order processing, including picking, packing, and shipment staging, with forklift certification required.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in a fast-paced warehouse, plus strong communication and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced distribution warehouse or stock room.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe operating environment by following EVERSANA safety rules and checking lift truck equipment.
• Adhere to SOPs governing order fulfillment and material flow.
• Assist in picking, packing, and manifesting shipments for distribution.
• Perform end-of-shift inventory checks and communicate obstacles to supervisors.
• Communicate via email with EVERSANA staff as required.
