Top Prospect Group is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on retail leadership experience and can drive throughput while maintaining organization and safety on the warehouse floor.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, the ability to manage and motivate teams, and proficiency with basic computer/Excel tasks to track daily activity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Prior experience in retail store management, assistant management, or warehouse leadership.
• Very hands-on leader who is comfortable working directly on the floor.
• Proven ability to drive throughput and monitor production in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Basic computer or Excel skills preferred for tracking daily activity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members and management.
• Lead and support floor teams to ensure daily production goals and throughput targets are met.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Assign tasks, adjust labor as needed, and keep teams focused on priorities.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example in a hands-on environment.
• Report progress, challenges, and production updates to supervisors and managers.
• Help train new employees and reinforce process standards and safety expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
