Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Prior experience in retail store management, assistant management, or warehouse leadership.
• Very hands-on leader who is comfortable working directly on the floor.
• Proven ability to drive throughput and monitor production in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Basic computer or Excel skills preferred for tracking daily activity and reporting.

Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual "SPANISH" Warehouse Lead with prior retail store management or supervisory experience to support daily warehouse operations in our apparel, footwear, and home goods division. This role is ideal for someone who has led teams in a retail environment and is comfortable transitioning those skills into a warehouse setting where organization, speed, and execution are critical. The Bilingual Warehouse Lead will play a key role in driving daily throughput, monitoring production, and keeping teams aligned and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
