Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day distribution and inventory operations in a fast-paced facility. You will drive efficiency, ensure inventory accuracy, support order fulfillment, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Strong inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tech.
• Familiarity with ERP and warehouse software platforms.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and stock movement.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer and internal orders while maintaining productivity standards.
• Monitor inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and effective inventory control practices.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment that supports operational excellence.
• Utilize warehouse technology and systems to improve workflow, visibility, and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel, providing clear direction and accountability.
• Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
