Job description: We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual “SPANISH “ Warehouse Lead with prior retail store management or supervisory experience to support daily warehouse operations in our apparel, footwear, and home goods division. This role is ideal for someone who has led teams in a retail environment and is comfortable transitioning those skills into a warehouse setting where organization, speed, and execution are critical. The Bilingual Warehouse Lead will play a key role in driving daily throughput, monitoring production, and keeping teams aligned and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members and management.
• Lead and support floor teams to ensure daily production goals and throughput targets are met.
