Job summary

Xpedient Logistics is a full-service 3PL provider seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a bilingual team in a dynamic distribution environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive labor management, forecasting, and safety programs to optimize costs and service levels for multiple clients.

The role requires strong SAP and WMS experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, or business.
• Experience leading operations in fast-paced ecommerce, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to warehouse staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate personnel to align with goals.
• Maintain safety culture, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products.
• Implement inventory controls to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories for accuracy.
• Develop and execute strategy/annual plans (budget, SOPs, customer plans).
• Measure labor, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
