Job summary

Commerce is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 10–30 associates, provide coaching, and manage day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while enforcing standardized procedures and WMS workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a leadership role within a warehouse, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred to support diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10–30 warehouse associates across the assigned area and coach performance.
• Assign daily tasks based on shift workload and priorities.
• Monitor throughput and quality in real time; address performance gaps.
• Lead pre-shift safety briefings and enforce PPE and forklift safety rules.
• Document and investigate incidents; complete required reports.
• Approve timecards, manage breaks, and track attendance and punctuality.
• Train new associates on procedures, WMS and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with neighboring shifts for smooth handovers.
• Escalate equipment failures, inventory discrepancies and personnel issues to the warehouse manager.
• Track key shift metrics and identify inefficiencies to drive improvements.
