Responsibilities

• Plan space requirements and schedule delivery and distribution to meet customer needs.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles in compliance with laws and safety rules.
• Enforce safety policies and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; provide counseling as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and sales managers on shipments and cut-off times.
• Maintain records and reports such as lost sales and production data; suggest process improvements.
