Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse schedules, coordinating shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and palletizing finished products. The role emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and adherence to city, state, and federal regulations.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, with Associate Degree or equivalent. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse related experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution centers, including material handling and inventory tracking.
• Ability to provide work direction to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily schedules of warehouse staff.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, loading and unloading per procedures.
• Ensure safety, compliance and proper handling of hazardous materials where applicable.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain records and reports (e.g., lost sales, production).
• Suggest process improvements to increase unit efficiency.
