The candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and hold OSHA 10 certification plus forklift/scissor lift credentials. The position supports daily operations, staff development, and compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification required.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification required.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in DCs, janitorial, or building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing, interviewing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial staff; ensure training and safety.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate daily operations across all shifts and manage schedules.
• Ensure policy compliance and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implement safety programs and PPE usage, including forklift safety.
