Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity as a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager. The role involves supervising janitorial operations, managing budgets, ensuring safety training, and coordinating with shift leads to maintain 3-shift coverage. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and hold OSHA certifications.

Starting pay: $18.80 per hour. Strong leadership experience in distribution centers or building maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10 general industry certification required.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification required.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in DCs, janitorial, or building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations personnel and direct supervision.
• Manage operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper training for all personnel in their positions.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations with team to resolve deficiencies and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain shift coverage across 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and take disciplinary action when needed.
• Implement safety programs and machinery use, including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and supply inventory with proper PPE usage.
