Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor in the U.S. Midwest region.

The role oversees janitorial operations, budgets, labor planning, and safety programs across three shifts, with emphasis on bilingual leadership and customer coordination. The position requires English/Spanish fluency, OSHA 10 and forklift/scissor lift certifications, and at least four years of supervisory experience in distribution centers or building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• OSHA 10 general industry certification.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in DCs or janitorial/building maintenance.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions.
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff with safety as priority.
• Collaborates with team to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Maintains coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads and schedules.
• Maintains policy compliance and issues disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implements machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manages chemicals and inventory with PPE adherence.
