Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead janitorial operations in our Champaign, IL facility. This full-time role requires English/Spanish bilingual communication, supervision of staff, and a focus on safety and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes scheduling across three shifts, training, incident reporting, and implementing safety programs such as forklift operation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification for general industry.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift certification required.
• 4+ years supervisory/leadership in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience with HR processes and staffing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning, budget, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel in their positions.
• Monitor safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Maintain coverage for all 3 shifts and scheduling.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Implement safety programs and forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and inventory including PPE usage.
