Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Tremont, IL. The role oversees three-shift janitorial operations, budgets, and staff, with emphasis on safety and efficient daily execution.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), holds OSHA 10 and forklift/scissor lift certifications, and has at least four years of supervisory experience in distribution centers or related fields.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
10 Hour OSHA General Industry certification.
OSHA forklift/scissor lift certification.
4+ years supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial, or building maintenance.
Ability to manage staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Oversee janitorial operations across three shifts with budget and labor planning.
Provide direct supervision of assigned janitorial personnel.
Ensure training and compliance with safety procedures.
Monitor performance, give feedback, and enforce safety standards.
Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of chemicals and PPE and ensure proper equipment use.
