Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Massachusetts. The role supervises janitorial operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safe, efficient cleaning and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate is bilingual English/Spanish, OSHA trained, forklift certified, and has 4+ years of supervisory experience in distribution centers or building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• OSHA 10 general industry certification preferred.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory/leadership experience in DC/janitorial.
• Experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and develop staff; incident reporting.
• Coordinate with shifts to ensure daily operation and on-time schedules.
• Maintain policy compliance and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee safety programs, equipment use and PPE compliance.
• Manage chemicals, inventory and PPE usage.
