Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to supervise on-site janitorial operations in our distribution center environment. You will manage shifts, budgets, training, and safety programs to ensure clean, safe, and efficient facilities.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, OSHA certifications, and leadership experience in a similar setting. We offer full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10 general industry certification.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification.
• 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations and staff on-site.
• Plan labor and budgets; drive cost optimization.
• Ensure training and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate daily shifts and schedules.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and PPE.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance.
