Job summary

Verra Mobility in Arizona is seeking a detail‑oriented Title Clerk to process Title and Registration transactions, verify daily Title Reports, and handle license plate shipments and inventory daily. You will assist walk-in customers and online submissions, maintain records, and perform data entry and basic accounting tasks with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.

A high school diploma, clean driving record, AZ driver's license, and the ability to lift 20 lbs are required; strong

Qualifications

• Title and Registration or MVD experience preferred.
• Be able to lift 20lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.
• General accounting experience or working with numbers.
• Computer experience – MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Dependable and punctual with flexible schedule.
• Clean driving record and AZ driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Reading records and resolving issues with customer records or policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards daily.
• Verify Daily Title Reports.
• Ship license plates daily and confirm plate inventory.
• Answering general questions by telephone, email or in person.
• Maintain records, filing systems and computer files.
• Photocopy documents.
• Perform quality control audits and checks.
• Open, sort and enter data for daily orders.
• Shipping and Receiving.
• Assist walk-in customers and online submissions.
