states. You will verify VINs and ownership, resolve complex title issues, communicate with customers, dealerships, and DMV offices, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on title experience across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of DMV/MVD title requirements.
• Ability to resolve complex title issues.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours during auction events.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming vehicle titles and supporting documentation.
• Verify VINs, ownership, odometer disclosures, signatures, assignments, lien releases, title brands, and dealer reassignments.
• Identify and resolve title issues using knowledge of multi-state DMV/MVD requirements.
• Handle complex titles, including out-of-state titles, liens, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, and branded titles.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, financial institutions, and DMV/MVD offices to resolve title issues.
• Maintain accurate title records and follow up on missing or corrected documentation.
• Process buyer and seller documents and mail titles for sold and no-sale vehicles.
• Assist the Consignment Department during live auction events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
