Job summary

Excellent customer experience for internal and external customers is essential, while minimizing transport-related leakage. CAD and MS Office skills desired; bilingual Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of inbound/outbound sales or contact center experience.
• Prior automotive experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, CAD software.
• Successful completion of Vehicle Logistics Agent levels I-III.

Responsibilities

• Manage pickup and delivery of purchased vehicles from pre-winner to final delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate carrier schedules to ensure timely vehicle pickup and delivery.
• Foster partnerships with field buyers to optimize costs and service levels.
• Support performance analyses, reporting, and ROI on improvements.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge and ensure compliance and staff development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
