The position emphasizes maintaining regulatory knowledge, supporting cost-efficient transport plans, and contributing to performance analyses to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound sales or contact center.
• Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CAD Software, and other software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports managing the pick-up and delivery of purchased vehicles from pre-winner to final delivery to the PnP site.
• Provides a great customer experience for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Supports strategies to reduce leakage due to transport issues, ensuring maximum product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Supports carrier schedules to ensure timely vehicle pick-up and delivery.
• Fosters strong partnerships with field buyers to optimize costs and service levels.
• Supports performance analyses and reporting methodologies.
• Supports process improvement strategies along with cost efficiencies and ROI analyses on proposed quality improvements.
• Maintains current and strategic regulatory knowledge, ensuring departmental compliance and employee development.
