Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience in a utility, municipal, or office setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required for this role serving the Eagle Pass community.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the front counter and by phone.
• Process utility payments, set up new service accounts, and handle service requests.
• Collect and reconcile daily cash receipts.
