Medix is seeking bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurses (RNs) in New York to perform in-home and community-based assessments for members enrolled in managed long-term care programs, using the Uniform Assessment System (UAS) to evaluate health status, care needs, home environment, and eligibility for services.

This 6-month contract is field-based in the Bronx and Manhattan, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week).

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; travel to Bronx/Manhattan required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to document in UAS.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.
• Willingness to travel extensively within service area.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home and community-based assessments using the UAS.
• Evaluate health status, care needs, home environment, and eligibility.
• Maintain documentation and complete within 24 hours of assessment.
• Coordinate with scheduler and manage field-based schedule.
