Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician based in Dallas, TX. You will roam across the US and Canada installing, troubleshooting, and training on POS systems at diverse venues.

This role requires heavy travel (up to 100%), flexibility, weekend work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires willingness to travel up to 100% across the US and Canada.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Dallas, TX and be able to travel to airports promptly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions during field visits.
• Train customers during go-live and post-install support.
• Coordinate with scheduling to manage itineraries and changes.
• Submit expense reports and keep accurate records of work performed.
