Job summary

You will manage intake, documentation, investigation support, file management, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure claims are handled accurately and compliant with policies.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in transportation claims, insurance, logistics, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, setup, tracking, and administration of cargo and accident claims.
• Maintain audit-ready claim files with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, carriers, insurers, and internal teams.
• Support investigations involving cargo loss, damage, delays, and accidents.
• Gather and review documentation (BOLs, PODs, police reports, photos, estimates).
• Track claim activity, milestones, and settlement status.
• Translate between English and Spanish as needed.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and reporting guidelines.
• Support after-hours accident response and special projects as required.
