Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry is seeking a Trainer to support new employee onboarding, classroom and hands-on training, and ongoing development to ensure safety, quality, and operational performance on the floor.

The role collaborates with departmental leadership to document training, assess competency, and coordinate with HR and operations; bilingual English/Spanish is required and flexibility to rotate as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing effective training techniques.
• Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities.
• Ability to present and speak in front of large groups.
• Proficient with computer tools including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training for new hires and transfers.
• Observe employees performing tasks and evaluate safety, efficiency and independence.
• Provide coaching and follow-up to reinforce learning and ensure competency.
• Execute approved SOPs through training, coaching, and assessments with leadership support.
• Complete mandatory safety audits and support environmental training programs.
• Act as liaison between Training, HR and operations to address onboarding needs.
