Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry is seeking a Trainer to assist with the onboarding and development of new employees. This role delivers classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training to ensure competency, safety, quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience using effective training techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present and speak to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, hands-on, and on the job training for new hires, transfers, and retraining.
• Observe employees and evaluate safe, efficient performance.
• Provide coaching and follow up to reinforce learning and competency.
• Execute approved SOPs through training and assessments with leadership input.
• Complete mandatory safety audits ensuring a safe work environment.
• Support enrichment programs to improve employee engagement and roles.
