Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry in Fremont, NE is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day execution of training and employee development programs. You will support Trainers to ensure consistent, effective delivery aligned with SOPs, policies, safety, quality, and operational expectations.

You will collaborate with the Director of Training and Development, HR, and operations to identify needs, monitor progress, and ensure timely documentation and competency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills for coaching and feedback.
• Strong leadership ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and on‑the‑job training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Great organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to review and support SOPs, training materials and policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS tools.
• Experience facilitating training for hourly and leadership staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and day‑to‑day direction to Trainers.
• Lead Floor Management Training Program for Supervisors/Managers.
• Coordinate Trainer tasks, onboarding, and training resources.
• Ensure accurate schedules, records, assessments, and assignments.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and FSQA to address training needs.
• Oversee training quality via observations, assessments, and audits.
• Identify gaps and update SOPs and training materials accordingly.
• Monitor training metrics and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Promote accountability and collaboration within the Training team.
• Serve as liaison between Training & Development, HR, and leadership.
