Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers across our production footprint to promote excellence in animal care, employee safety, biosecurity compliance, and employee engagement throughout sow farm operations. These positions help new employees become confident in their roles, understand company expectations, and feel welcomed as valued members of the team.

You’ll serve as a primary mentor during onboarding, provide coaching to build confidence and competency, and foster strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in swine production.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary mentor and resource for newly hired employees during onboarding and training.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees develop confidence and competency in their roles.
• Foster positive relationships between new team members and existing employees.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate feedback to managers and leadership.
