Job summary

PIPESTONE is hiring multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers across our production footprint to promote excellence in animal care, safety, biosecurity compliance, and employee engagement. The role focuses on helping new hires understand expectations and feel welcomed as valuable team members.

Responsibilities include mentoring during onboarding, coaching for confidence and competency, and monitoring progress with feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in swine production.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary mentor and resource for newly hired employees during onboarding and training.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees develop confidence and competency in their roles.
• Foster positive relationships between new team members and existing employees.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate feedback to managers and leadership.
