Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers to support onboarding and training across our production footprint. You will mentor new hires, promote company values, safety, and animal welfare, and help employees become confident and competent in their roles.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing progress monitoring in fast-paced farm environments. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years swine production experience are preferred, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in swine production.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary mentor and resource for newly hired employees during onboarding and training.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees develop confidence and competency in their roles.
• Foster positive relationships between new team members and existing employees.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate feedback to managers and leadership.
• Train employees on animal welfare expectations, procedures, and industry standards.
• Conduct routine observations to ensure proper animal care and handling.
• Promote a culture of accountability and excellence in animal care.
• Ensure compliance with company biosecurity protocols and site-specific requirements.
• Train employees in disease prevention and biosecurity procedures.
• Partner with farm leadership to strengthen biosecurity awareness and compliance.
• Reinforce and train company safety policies and procedures across farm operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety requirements, including the use of proper PPE.
• Encourage employee participation in creating a safe work environment.
