Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator to manage onboarding and training for caregivers and applicants. You will ensure a consistent, welcoming process and maintain accurate records across all branches.

You will liaise with applicants, branch leadership, client coordinators, and internal teams to guide hiring from applicant to active caregiver, while upholding compliance and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver training sessions and onboarding.
• Process applicant documentation and maintain logs.
• Manage onboarding compliance and document verification.
• Set up caregiver system access and scheduling in AxisCare.
• Maintain logs of licenses, certifications, and renewals.
• Keep client and caregiver schedules up to date on dashboards.
• Record all client communications in profiles and ensure accuracy.
• Proactively outreach to clients on Fridays when services are on hold.
• Review missed visits and schedule makeup hours weekly.
• Close client profiles after service terminations with documented rationale.
• Ensure uninterrupted services for IDOA/IDHS clients unless payer instructions say otherwise.
• Begin VA client renewals at least one month before expiration to avoid gaps.
• Ensure completion of monthly client surveys.
• Oversee annual caregiver performance evaluations.
