Venterra Realty is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver learning solutions that strengthen capabilities across maintenance operations, technology training, and leadership development. This role partners with Operations leaders and SMEs to build scalable programs and translate new processes into practical training for adoption.

The ideal candidate blends learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation, technology training, and project management, with experience shaping leaders

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in learning & development, training, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering programs for operational or technical audiences.
• Experience developing and facilitating technology or systems training.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development across instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional learning initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver scalable maintenance operations training programs.
• Lead leadership development initiatives across the organization.
• Create engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and best practices.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning for diverse audiences.
