Job summary

Indus Communities in Houston is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs, develop learning materials, and support onboarding across our portfolio. The role emphasizes leadership development and improving the employee experience.

You will collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps, promote continuous learning, and travel locally to provide in-person coaching at communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of multifamily industry experience.
• Valid state driver's license; ability to travel locally to properties.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs for employees.
• Develop training materials and facilitator guides; support onboarding and development programs.
• Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
• Track participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes; measure training effectiveness.
