Job summary

Innovations Community Mental Health Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Bilingual Therapist (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LCDC, or LCDC-I) to join our in-office clinical team. The role includes individual, family, and PHP/IOP group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with required active supervision for certain licenses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Texas license or credential in LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LCDC, or LCDC-I.
• Active supervision in place for licenses requiring supervision and ongoing supervision during employment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; read, write, and speak both languages proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical assessments (ANSA/CANS/biopsychosocial/DSM-5-TR).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to assigned clients.
• Provide family therapy services as clinically indicated.
• Facilitate PHP/IOP group therapy sessions.
• Maintain an assigned therapy caseload alongside group responsibilities.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Document treatment notes and progress in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care coordination.
• Refer and connect clients to community resources.
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation.
