Next STEPS Worldwide in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) for an in-office role with our Dallas-Lake Highlands team, collaborating with psychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians.

The position involves individual and family therapy, clinical assessments, documentation, and active treatment planning. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly valued; we offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and annual bonus eligibility, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for client-centered, team-based clinical care.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
