Job summary

Next STEPS Worldwide, a premier outpatient clinic, seeks a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Dallas-Lake Highlands team. The role offers collaboration with psychologists, therapists, and dietitians in a supportive setting, with a bilingual Spanish emphasis.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in TX as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
