Job summary

Innovations Community Mental Health Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Bilingual Therapist (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LCDC, or LCDC-I) to join our clinical team. The position focuses on individual, family, and PHP/IOP group therapy with a caseload spanning children, adolescents, and adults.

Office-based with no remote work, the role requires fluent English/Spanish communication and active Texas licensure. Responsibilities include completing biopsychosocial assessments, developing Master Treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current and active Texas license or credential (LPC/LPC-A/LCSW/LMSW/LCDC/LCDC-I).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; read, write and speak both languages proficiently.
• Experience with clinical documentation and supervision if required by license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to assigned clients.
• Provide family therapy and group therapy within PHP/IOP.
• Maintain caseload and complete assessments, treatment plans, and reviews.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate with community resources.
• Complete documentation accurately within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with Texas licensing, credentialing, and confidentiality requirements.
