Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health care with a focus on integrity, innovation, and inclusivity. We are seeking a Bilingual Therapist (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LCDC, or LCDC-I) to join our dynamic clinical team in our Dallas office.
Position Summary
The Bilingual Therapist will provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy services, including facilitating therapeutic groups within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The therapist will also be responsible for completing required clinical assessments, treatment planning, treatment plan reviews, and other clinical documentation in accordance with agency, payer, program, and regulatory requirements.
The therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to provide comprehensive, client-centered care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Associate-level, intern, or other clinicians requiring supervision must practice under appropriate active supervision in accordance with applicable Texas requirements.
This is an in-office position. Remote and hybrid work options are not available.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish proficiently.

This is an onsite, office-based position at Innovations Community Mental Health Center in Dallas, Texas. Remote and hybrid work options are not available.
The therapist must be available to provide scheduled individual therapy, family therapy, and PHP/IOP group therapy services based on assigned caseload and program needs. Work schedules and assignments may vary based on program operations, client appointments, PHP/IOP programming, and organizational needs.

If my license, associate license, intern status, or credential requires clinical supervision, I understand that I must maintain active supervision with an appropriately qualified and approved Texas supervisor for the duration required by my licensing or credentialing authority.
