Innovations Community Mental Health Center is seeking a Part-Time Therapist (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LCDC, or LCDC-I) in Dallas, TX. The role involves individual, family, and group therapy within PHP/IOP, with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Texas license or credential in one of LPC/LPC-A/LCSW/LMSW/LCDC/LCDC-I.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; ability to effectively read, write, speak and understand English (Spanish helpful).
• Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy and to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to assigned clients.
• Provide family therapy to clients and their families as indicated.
• Facilitate therapy groups within PHP and IOP.
• Maintain caseload for individual, family, and group therapy.
• Complete clinical documentation and required assessments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate care.
