Next STEPS Worldwide in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Dallas-Lake Highlands clinic. This in-office role offers opportunities to work with psychologists, therapists, and dietitians in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

You will conduct individual and family therapy, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
