Next STEPS Worldwide, an outpatient clinic in Irving, TX, seeks a Licensed Psychologist (bilingual Spanish) for an in-person, full-time role. The position offers in-person work, a competitive salary of $150,000–$165,000, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Psychologist in Texas (required).
• Experience providing therapy and assessments in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultations.
• Coordinate and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and serve diverse client populations.
