Job summary

Health Connect America in Decatur, GA seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide individual, group, and family therapy. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes outreach to attract referrals, crisis intervention when needed, and staying current with best practices. A Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and licensure eligibility (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families.
• Eligible for licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services including assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy with documented progress notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and attract referrals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and participate in meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans when needed.
