Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children, families, and adults across our offices. The Therapist will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote healing within a trauma-informed framework.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families.
• Candidates must be eligible for licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Engage in outreach and marketing to attract referrals.
