Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a licensed-eligible mental health professional to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children, families, and adults. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, community outreach, and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required for this position.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
• Candidates must be eligible for licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation within company policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and attract referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
