Job summary

Health Connect America is hiring a licensed-eligible mental health therapist in Georgia. You will provide high-quality therapy to children, families, and adults, conducting assessments and creating personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Two years of experience working with children and/or families (internships allowed).
• Candidates must be eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and set measurable goals.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and required data per policy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
